Fee Schedule and Subsidized Day Care at Terry Tan Child Centre

Income tax receipts are issued annually.

	1. Due Date	Fees are due by the 1^st of each current month. Post dated cheques for the 1^st - 10^th of each month will be gratefully accepted.
	2. $20.00 Charge	If fees are paid after the 10^th of each current month.
	3. Withdrawn	If fees are still not paid by the first day of the following month, then the child is withdrawn from the program until the fees are all paid in full (previous and current).
	4. $20.00 Charge	For all returned and NSF cheques. Any family having two NSF cheques will be required to pay cash or money order.
	5. No Refunds	For holidays, sickness, absence or withdrawals without notice.
	6. Two weeks notice	Is required in writing for withdrawals, otherwise two weeks full fee will be charged.
	7. Registration fee	Is $75.00 per family (non-refundable).
	8. Kindergarten & School Age	Children attending Terry Tan all day during the summer months will be required to pay the ALL DAY fee of $800.00.
	9. Kindergarten & School Age	Includes all Professional Development days plus one week March Break plus two weeks December Break.

Subsidized Child Care

Both Terry Tan Child Centre locations have a Purchase of Service Agreement (fee subsidy) with Toronto Children's Services.

Parents requiring fee subsidy need to Contact Toronto Children's Services to obtain an application package by mail. Based on the application, parents will go through an assessment of eligibility for fee subsidy and may have to be placed on a waiting list.

Income tax receipts are issued yearly.

The Board of Directors will review fees annually.
