Terry Tan contributes to the development of early childhood education professionals by providing students with the opportunity to learn while working at the centre.
Every year, high school students with an interest in ECE and post-secondary students enrolled in an ECE program are given the opportunity to fulfill their co-op and field placement requirements at Terry Tan.
Students work side-by-side with ECE professionals and are given a wide variety of duties inside as well as outside of the classroom that will give them a real-world feel for working in the field.
